The X-nelian Research Facility was built for the very purpose of scientific experimentation and advances. Built around the early Revolution Period, the X-nelians became fascinated with studying native creatures and experimenting it's biologic purposes and functions.

Background[]

"Dorn's minions have already infiltrated this facility, so I'm certain weird experiments are being conducted." -Adam Malkovich to Samus Aran

After the X-nelian War, Dorn siezed many X-nelian buildings that seemed very important to him. When Dorn founded the X-nelian Research Facility, he immediately started experimenting with the native creatures. The facility, although, looks very much abandon. It is unclear how Dorn came into possession of Metroids, which sparked the controversy that he is affiliated with Space Pirates.

Access[]

The facility is said to be heavily guarded with an alarm system. Adam scanned the facility and found an area under no surveillance where Samus could possibly infiltrate from.
